If you're having trouble editing an existing article or event, it's possible the article is checked out to you or another user. This is caused when an article is open, but the window is closed without being saved or canceled first. Follow the steps below to perform a global check-in of your site. LoginLogin to your administrative backend (yoursite.com/administrator). Perform Global Check-InFrom the tabs at the top of administrator menu, select "Tools" > "Global Check-In". The check in will be performed automatically and you will be displayed a results page when finished. If you still have problems editing an existing article or event, please contact the support department. |
